I Have Already Shot In Reservoir

Property and interiors are most of my work. Four phases of an outdoor-living build in Reservoir for Aluvers, bare slab to finished space, plus three kitchen renovations across Melbourne. Walk-throughs and listing content are familiar ground, not a new direction.

The Role Is Really Two Jobs

EDMs, captions and PR on one side, filming and cutting on the other. I have a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communication and five years behind a camera, so all of it can stay with one person. Quicker turnaround, and one voice across the feed.

Good With People On Camera

Agent spotlights and community interviews are the part I’d enjoy most. I put people at ease quickly, which matters when someone has twenty minutes between appraisals and has never liked being filmed. The footage is only as good as how comfortable they feel.

Self-Sufficient On The Road

Own licence, own car, own kit. Two camera bodies, lighting and audio, and CASA accreditation for drone if aerials help a listing. I can cover a property, an office day and a community event without booking anything in.

How I work, end to end.

Give me a brief and it comes back shot, cut, captioned and scheduled. This is the loop behind the work, and the kit I run it in.

01Pre-productionBrief to shotlist - I plan the angles, the mounts and the talent around the calendar and what is trending.

02ProductionMulti-cam, drone and mount, on location. Every ratio in one shoot.

03PostResolve and Premiere. Grade once, cut per platform, EN and FR subtitles.

04DeliveryExported to spec and handed off on schedule, ready for the team to publish.

05CollaborationWork alongside producers, writers and designers, not solo, from brief to final cut.

06IterateTake feedback and reshoot or recut where the story needs it.

About

Content is my craft. I run my own studio, Mounir Productions, shooting and editing for brands, artists and athletes across Melbourne, more often on location than at a desk. I love working with a small team too: hands-on, out and about, one story told across every format it needs.

Why this role? Northcote being the third office after Reservoir and Preston is what made me look twice, because I have already shot a four-phase build in Reservoir. Property and interiors are most of my work, and the marketing half of this job is what I trained in. I have my own licence, car and kit, and I can start immediately.

Easy to hand work to. Give me a brief and it comes back shot, cut and on brand, so the calendar stays full and the work ships on time.

Real client work, not just personal projects. I shoot and cut for creators like Yanisport, at 200k+ followers, and for brands like Aluvers, who design premium louvred pergolas for outdoor living.
